There are many personality tests available to use for personal and
professional use. To complete this assignment, first choose one of the
following self-assessments to take:
● Jungian/Myers-Briggs Personality Test
● Holland Personality Test
Next, identify which test you took. In your journal assignment, reflect on
the following aspects of the assessment:
● Was the question selection fair?
● Did any of the test questions have bias?
● Were your results what you expected?
● What was the overall experience of taking the test?
